AUGMENTED REALITY

Augmented Reality is the most important worldwide trends nowadays as Virtual Reality. Both are growing fast and still have a long way to go. Although they have some similarities, there are some differences between them .Firstly,

• Virtual reality (VR) immerses users in a fully artificial digital environment. While Augmented reality (AR) overlays virtual objects on the real-world environment.

In augmented reality, users see and interact with the real world while digital content is added to it. However,In VR users see only digital environment and interact with virtual world.  If we just focus on Augmented reality,It is a new sort of technology that add virtual objects into "reality" through the use of a smartphone.

 AR provides fun and interactive ways for general users to learn, experience, and imagine new things.There can be many benefits in classrooms.Students can  always share different points of view with the classroom and each of them may have a different perspective about what they are learning. With Augmented Reality they are able to explore and learn more about what they find interesting. Creativity and curiosity would definitely be fed.and  also AR is the perfect way to improve your students’ imagination.Moreover,AR exactly makes everything more visual and attractive for learners.Instead of reading too many pages of  the book, students can watch how it works through AR and it can be much more appealing.

We created AR in ourclassroom,I want to share it here. 

 When we hold the camera towards the image of elephant during Hp reveal application ,3D objects appears on the secreen.

As the same way, when you hold the camera towards this picture , 3D Dolphin object is acting.
